Question What info is and isn't being gathered by spies?

Like the Masterminds, The Spy Kids, Ayla's Network, Thuban's Network, etc.
I've got students who are pushed into Whateley by Sponsors and arrive by Super-sonic Jet, with VOTL capacity, on Whateley's Airstrip-thing, and I want to who'd know about my students before they enter the campus.
I've read Ayla 5, so I know that Power Testing Data and Incident Reports are spied on, but what else, other than in-campus convos of the Importants, like Ayla, She-Beast, etc.

Some people have assists outside Whateley (e.g. Ayla, Theban, Mrs. Hartford, etc.), and then it becomes a question of where did the event happen? Who saw it? Where would that information be reported? Is it reasonable that a contact of an on campus person had it bought to their attention by their outside contacts?
So, in the case of the supersonic jets:
- Who provided the jets?
- Where did they land?
- How impressive would this have been?
- Who would have seen it?
- Who would they tell about it?
- Who would that get back to?
- Who could intercept information from those that know it?
If you need it known, it would be better to introduce a character that would see it, investigate it and comment about it in a place the information would spread from. e.g. if a Gadgeteer was (for some reason) at the Airport and saw the jets land and could get into a position where they can chat to someone who tells them who's jet it is, and then they see your students disembark, then they see them later at Whateley the gadgeteer would be sure to discuss this with their friends in the Crystal Hall and it can be assumed the "gossip" would be all over the campus soon after.

Now the important question you should be asking yourself is who is CORRECTLY interpreting that information. Recall Jadis' rueful thoughts about how she realized Loophole was in a sexual relationship with Songbird her freshman year but did nothing with it because she thought it obvious and common knowledge when she actually had actionable intel that was relatively unknown.
That's your real question.
I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it.

Think back to the rumor mill that was your own high school experience and put those memories on a juicy cocktail of crack, crystal meth and speed. That's Whateley.

I meant that the Jets land inside Whateley...
only if they are VTOL. Whateley does not have an airport for normal aircraft.

Still, comment stands. Whateley Authorities would be less then happy at the students that arrived in such a flashy way.

'Cause there's a hospital, and the students are both registered, coming from Japan, and need a neutral location with enough scientific resources to generate the medicine needed to keep the students alive. Japan can't produce the medicine in the required quantities, and need to off-load patients to other places to keep then alive.
Also, they're Sponsored by a Whateley Sponsor, who informed the Academy of this.
On the note of hospitals, Doyle is the best hospital within... how far, again?
I could have them go to ARC, but I don't think ARC has the same kind of medical facilities?

Berlin isn't far from Whateley. The jet could land at the airport and transfer the patients to a helicopter or warper for the final leg of the journey.

This jet is VOTL. ... How fast can Warpers Warp?
Its not how fast but how far. Of course if they worked in tandem I would think they could move people pretty far.

Speed covers distance too? Also, could most/enough Warpers manage a gurney with IV?
