  • Hello WA. I'm looking for a group of people to play a online game of Shadowrun 5e with. The game will be hosted at 2:30 AEST on Sundays (6:30 Saturdays for those in Los Angeles, 10.30 Saturdays for those in NY, other times will need to be figured) on the servers of the Steam game Tabletop Simulator. If you do not have the game, it is available from: Humble
    and
    Steam

The game will be also run using the free Discord voice/text chat software, and will hopefully be regular. Shadowrun 5e digital Character Sheets and rulebooks can be found illicitly at nonononobadforumuser.com. Since Catalyst games labs who makes the game is defunct, this is not really a problematic way of getting it. If you need more info, I'm avaliable to contact by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Yeah. My name is Jake Loh. Surprised that it's not Minh???

Anyway, hope to get some players. I'll be DMing the game. I have a few games experience as DM in 4th Edition, but haven't played a 5e game yet. If you have any questions, feel free to use the above adress.

EDIT: forgot to mention that sessions will probably start in about 2-3 weeks. Currently, I have a few things that need doing and I also have to finish writing the introductory campaign, as well as fully learning how to DM 5th edition. I understand how to play it, but not how to run it.

    Thanks WA!!!

  • Shadowrun remains under copyright whether it is currently in print or not, please do not link to illegal copies of it in our forums. It would be somewhat hypocritical of us to expect readers and other visitors to treat our intellectual property and rights respectfully if we casually give/allow access to that owned by others. Thanks.

  • Catalyst Game Labs is still open for business, but DriveThruRPG carries most of the SR5 reference materials anyone would want to use.

  • Not only that, but I'm pretty sure that Shadowrun is still being actively commercialized. I remember it showing up in one a recent sale in one of the online game shops (probably Gog, maybe Steam).

Don't call me "Shirley." You will surely make me surly.

  • DriveThruRPG's offerings specifically include the tabletop refs for editions 4 and 5.
