  • Has anyone taken a look at these videos on YouTube? To be more accurate, has anyone seen this channel Dust?

They're a indie publisher for short science fiction films made by indie filmmakers. The quality of those videos is great, and they tell excellent stories! One of them is so great it ain't got any dialogue!! Kinda like WAL-EE...WALLEE??? However you spell that mechanically-inaccurate robot movie from Pixar. Eh, anyway, here's that video I mentioned as a taste-test.

Null, I have to ask: exactly what time zone do you live in? Because you always seem to be on when I'm on. Sorry if that's too intrusive, I'm just curious.

    Eastern Standard / New York

One online game I play goes "new day" at Midnight, Pacific time (locally 3AM), another that I'm far less active on anymore goes new day at 1AM local (which put me coordinating with people in Australia, Singapore, and Egypt)

Also, a major front came through in the early AM on Thursday - so the weather radio kept waking back up (One of the alerts was a tornado watch or warning). Monday, Ubuntu went catatonic mid-way through an upgrade, so throw in time spent on that ... meh.
