  • Hey EE, another stellar story this week. I was hoping for a recipe of bubble and squeak. I hadn’t heard of it before and now I’ve gotta try it. Do you have a favorite recipe? Perhaps I could search for some acceptable American bacon haha.

  • bubble and squeak is... shepherds pie stirred up and fried like a pancake. :P

    ok, not exactly... more veggies and less gravy... but ya... fried mashed potatoes with veggies in it
